Invulnerable 1.05a Public (English)

Invulnerable flips the superhero script in a pretty twisted way. Instead of saving the world, you’re playing as an alternate reality “hero” whose job is enslaving the planet for some empire. Dark premise but interesting concept.

The progression system starts you off small at your local school and gradually works up to taking on actual superheroes and villains. SwagFire Games clearly went for the power fantasy angle here, letting you build up from nothing to world domination. The whole “evil superhero” angle is definitely different from the usual save-the-world stuff.

Fair warning though, this isn’t your typical superhero game. The themes are pretty heavy and the whole enslaving people thing isn’t for everyone. But if you’re looking for something that subverts the genre, this delivers on that front.
