Showdown! Androgynos throws you into a fantasy world where futanari elves battle monster girls through some pretty unique mechanics. Instead of just regular combat, you weaken enemies then engage in “penis contests” that play out through detailed pixel art animations.

The game features over 150 different monster girls to encounter, from harpies to slimes, each with their own battle animations. You can explore various environments that change based on time of day, affecting what creatures you’ll face. Between battles, you hang out in town upgrading gear and unlocking scenes with other characters.
