The setup is brutal but real – dead chat, instant ramen dinners, and a ceiling crack that looks like the universe flipping you off.

Then RegenaForm shows up. This biotech clinic can literally reshape your body using your own DNA. One treatment at a time, Eli starts changing. New eyelashes, different voice, whole new face. Suddenly the viewer count climbs and donations start rolling in. The game doesn’t shy away from asking the uncomfortable questions about what people will do for internet fame.

The choices feel heavy because they mirror real stuff happening online. It’s dark, weird, and way more thought-provoking than you’d expect from an indie game about streaming.
