One Iced Latte With Your Breast Milk, Please! is basically a coffee shop management game with anime waifus and some pretty wild humor. You help two baristas, Moka-san and Karina-chan, turn their cafe into Tokyo’s hottest spot by brewing drinks and keeping customers happy.
The gameplay revolves around figuring out what customers want before they tell you, which is actually more fun than it sounds. You get to interact with food critics and various cute characters while building up your coffee empire. The art style is solid and the translation work is decent across multiple languages.
Fair warning though, the title pretty much tells you what kind of game this is. It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you’re into quirky Japanese indie games with adult themes, this one delivers exactly what it promises.
