In the year 1970, a cosmic emmision from deep space hit earth. Causing massive effects on human DNA. DNA and major side effect of comic wave was later discovered to affect the birth ratio of newborn babies with a massive difference of 1000 females to 1 male. Current year 2025: In order to battle the population decline caused by 1000:1 ratio of female to male birth rate, the governments have launched project Seeder……​
