Futanari have a heart too tackles a romance story that most visual novels won’t touch. You follow Diana as she navigates life at an all-girls academy and develops feelings for Jeanne, who’s hiding her own secret about being futanari.
The writing focuses more on the emotional connection between these two characters than just rushing to adult scenes. Zylyx put real effort into building their relationship naturally, dealing with themes like identity and trust that actually feel meaningful. The art style is solid and the multiple language options are a nice touch.
Fair warning though, this is definitely mature content. But if you’re looking for an adult visual novel that treats its characters like actual people instead of cardboard cutouts, this one delivers on that front.
