Typing hits different if you’re into story-heavy games that mess with your head. You play as Nathan, a broke artist whose life is falling apart while his girlfriend Thania starts a new job in San Juan. The catch? She’s working with his best friends, and everyone’s keeping secrets from him.

The whole game plays out through text messages and chat conversations. No fancy graphics or action sequences, just pure storytelling through typing. Your choices push the story toward two very different endings, so there’s decent replay value if you want to see how things could have gone differently.

Fair warning though, this isn’t your typical feel-good visual novel. NH Studios clearly designed this for players who don’t mind darker relationship drama. The message format works surprisingly well for building tension as you watch Nathan’s world slowly unravel.
