Tsumi Umi Sushi puts you in the shoes of Tsumi Yokubo Yorokobi, a 25-year-old woman with some very specific fantasies involving size differences. This isn’t your typical restaurant management sim.

The game focuses on Tsumi’s secret obsession with vore and giantess scenarios while she navigates her daily life. You get to explore her backstory as the former popular girl at school who’s been hiding these desires her whole life. The developer Daichi777 definitely went for a niche audience here.

Fair warning though, this is pretty much pure fetish content wrapped in a light gameplay shell. If you’re into that specific kink, you’ll probably enjoy it. Otherwise, there are way better life sim games out there.
