Throatholm City 0.1 (English)

Throatholm City is a new adult sandbox where you play as a guy who’s basically never satisfied and wants to get with everyone in town. Fair warning, this one’s pretty explicit right from the start.

The game throws you into an open world where you can explore different locations and interact with various characters. Since it’s still early in development, don’t expect a ton of content yet, but the foundation is there. The developer seems to be going for a no-holds-barred approach with the adult content.

If you’re into sandbox adult games and don’t mind rough early builds, might be worth checking out. Just know you’re getting into something that’s very much a work in progress from a smaller developer.
