A new virus is spreading — simply known as "The V." Its effects are unpredictable. Most people who catch it experience nothing worse than a rough fever. But for a small percentage of the infected, the virus rewrites the body entirely: age resets, gender shifts, and everyone affected wakes up transformed into a young woman between 18 and 25.
