Sugar Conflict X (Erolabs) GAME
Sugar Conflict X puts you in the shoes of Momo, a hardworking nurse dealing with some serious personal issues. She’s got a phobia of men and just got transferred to the surgical department after screwing up at work. Not exactly the ideal combo when you’re trying to save lives.
The story focuses on Momo trying to overcome her trauma while juggling her responsibilities at Harukaze Hospital and taking care of her sick mother. Wolf Holiday does a decent job building tension around whether she can actually handle working in surgery with her condition. The character development feels genuine, and you actually care about whether Momo succeeds or crashes and burns.
It’s a solid visual novel if you’re into medical drama mixed with personal growth stories. Just don’t expect any groundbreaking gameplay mechanics.
