So Much To Love drops you into the shoes of a guy who just threw away everything good in his life. You had the perfect setup – loving wife, successful business, zero money problems – and you still managed to mess it all up by cheating. Now your wife’s kicked you out and you’re crashing at your childhood friend’s place like some kind of loser.
The story hits pretty hard if you’re into drama-heavy games. Your character is basically starting from rock bottom after burning every bridge he had. The writing does a decent job of making you feel the consequences of being a complete screwup, which isn’t something you see in every game.
ALDOR keeps things straightforward without getting too preachy about it. The relationship dynamics feel realistic enough, and the whole “staying with an old friend” setup opens up some interesting story possibilities. Worth checking out if you want something with actual emotional weight.
