Two detectives facing bankruptcy have to swallow their pride and work under a suspicious new boss in Private Eyes & Secret Desires, which already has me questioning everyone’s motives from the first scene. The setup feels like watching a noir thriller where you know something’s about to go very wrong, but you can’t look away.
