Pill King throws you into a fresh start story that gets weird fast. After screwing up badly in your hometown, you move to a new city and crash with a married couple while landing an internship at a massive pharmaceutical company. What starts as a simple new job quickly spirals into something that messes with your head in unexpected ways.
The game does a solid job building up the setup before things get intense. Your first day at the pill factory becomes a turning point that changes everything about your character’s life and desires. The premise is pretty unique compared to most adult games out there.
Multiple language support is nice if you want to play in Spanish, German, or a few other options. The developer Effx Games seems to update regularly and has another title called Forbidden Basketball, so they’re not just one-and-done creators.
