Parasitorium throws you into a twisted sci-fi scenario where genetic experiments have gone exactly as planned, which is somehow worse than if they’d gone wrong. You’re dealing with parasites that let people shapeshift and gain superhuman abilities, all happening in the N.E.R.D. research complex.

The game takes clear inspiration from 60 Seconds and 60 Parsecs, focusing on survival decisions and resource management. You’ll be managing infected volunteers as they navigate extreme survival situations with their new parasitic abilities. The whole shapeshifting mechanic adds an interesting twist to the usual survival formula.

If you enjoyed those other survival games but wanted something with more body horror and genetic manipulation, this hits that niche pretty well. The premise is definitely unique, even if the core gameplay loop feels familiar.
