Most League of Legends parodies stick to the surface level, but Lust in Runeterra actually builds a proper deck-based combat system around its adult content. The whole setup feels like someone took Legends of Runeterra’s card mechanics and said “what if we made this way more perverted” – and honestly, it works better than it has any right to.
