At one point, the MC's secretary is raped, but she was never more than a loyal worker and friend - as exemplified by the fact that he has never pursued a deeper (or sexual) relationship with her.
Any other instances of potential LIs having sex without the MC have been on his command/allowance.
Future releases can always lead to revisiting the game's tags.
