Love In Pieces throws you into the boots of Ansel Draycott, a cursed adventurer stuck at level 1 forever. While most people would quit adventuring after getting hit with that kind of bad luck, Ansel decides to flip off the world and find another way to get stronger.

The whole cursed adventurer concept is pretty clever. You can’t level up normally, so you have to make a magical contract to break past your limits. Along the way you meet tons of characters you can romance, plus some rivals who want to kick your ass. The story follows Ansel’s climb from weakest adventurer in town to something much more powerful.

If you’re into fantasy RPGs with romance options and an underdog protagonist, this one’s worth checking out. The writing has some humor to it and the premise feels fresh compared to typical hero stories.
