Lewd Elevator puts you in a deadly game of guess-who with supernatural consequences. Moon Trilogy created something that mixes horror survival with adult content in a pretty unique way.

The concept is simple but brutal. You’re stuck going down floor after floor, and each level has a bunch of seductive women with one hidden trickster among them. Pick the right one and you get rewarded. Pick wrong and the real trickster kills you in the most embarrassing way possible. The stakes keep you on edge because one bad guess ends your run completely.

The art style fits the creepy elevator setting well, and the tension builds nicely as you descend deeper. Not for everyone obviously, but if you want something different that combines puzzle elements with adult themes, this delivers on both fronts.
