Isekai Brothel takes the multiverse concept and runs with it in exactly the direction you’d expect. Instead of saving worlds or fighting demons, you’re managing an interdimensional adult establishment that can pull characters from different universes.

The hook here is the teleportation tech that lets you either visit other dimensions or bring girls from those worlds to yours. You can set up dates, quick encounters, or explore various fetishes with characters from different fictional universes. It’s basically a fantasy fulfillment simulator with a sci-fi twist.

The game covers multiple platforms and seems to get regular updates. If you’re into adult games with a creative premise and don’t mind the obvious subject matter, this one delivers on its weird concept pretty well.
