Immoral-Bathhouse throws you into managing a run-down bathhouse while dealing with some seriously weird circumstances. You play as Ryouji, who gets stuck with his dad’s debts and a mysterious condition that requires, uh, regular female contact to stay healthy.

The gameplay revolves around upgrading your bathhouse to attract customers and build relationships with seven different women. Each has their own backstory and personality, so there’s decent variety in how interactions play out. The management side is pretty straightforward but works well enough.

Fair warning though, this is clearly an adult game with explicit content. If you’re looking for something lighthearted, look elsewhere. But if you don’t mind the mature themes and want a mix of business sim with relationship building, it does what it sets out to do.
