I Was Enslaved puts you in the shoes of an arrogant aristocrat who really should have kept his mouth shut. After seriously ticking off a powerful evil witch, the main character gets transformed into a girl and forced to work as her maid. Yeah, it’s one of those games.

The whole setup is pretty straightforward but entertaining. You’re dealing with the consequences of your character’s massive ego while navigating life as someone’s servant. The transformation angle adds an interesting twist to the usual power dynamics you see in these types of stories.

If you’re into games that focus on character development through unusual circumstances, this one delivers. The writing does a decent job of showing how someone used to being on top handles being at the bottom of the social ladder.
