Hidden Files puts you in the shoes of MC, a former firefighter dealing with life after a traumatic accident left him paraplegic. The story focuses on his struggles with guilt and feeling useless while his wife Selena tries to keep their relationship together.

The setup is pretty heavy stuff. Selena gets a job offer in another city and plans to have her friend Clara take care of MC. You can already see where this is heading based on the developer name and tags. The writing does a solid job establishing the emotional weight of MC’s situation and the strain on their marriage.

Fair warning though, the NTR content isn’t optional here. If that’s not your thing, skip this one. But if you’re into more serious adult VNs that tackle difficult topics, this might be worth checking out.
