Heart-Pounding! Sexual Harassment Health Checkup puts you in the role of a doctor conducting some very questionable medical exams. The main character is Nana Tanaka, a shy girl who gets manipulated during what’s supposed to be a routine checkup.

The gameplay focuses on the corruption theme pretty heavily. Nana starts innocent but gradually gets more into the whole situation as things progress. If you’re looking for something with gradual character development and corruption elements, this hits those marks well enough.

Graphics are decent and the translation seems solid across multiple languages. The developer Twin-Tailism knows their target audience and delivers exactly what you’d expect from this type of game. Nothing groundbreaking but gets the job done.
