Growing Thing’s Up throws you into one of those “wrong place, right time” scenarios that actually works. You’re a guy who gets accidentally assigned to an all-girls dorm, and instead of getting kicked out immediately, things get interesting fast.

The visual novel does a decent job mixing the dating sim elements with actual character development. Each girl has her own personality quirks and storylines that go beyond the obvious setup. The dialogue feels natural most of the time, and the choices you make seem to have real consequences for how relationships develop.

What sets this apart from similar games is how it handles the adult content. Rather than just throwing scenes at you, everything builds up through actual conversations and relationship progression. The art style is solid, and having multiple language options is a nice touch for accessibility.
