Futa Prison drops you into the shoes of Sato, a college student who stumbles through a magical portal in his dorm room. What starts as curiosity turns into something much bigger when he lands in a world completely dominated by futanaris.

The story premise is pretty straightforward but gets weird fast. Sato goes from playing video games to navigating this new world where the power dynamics are totally flipped. If you’re into that kind of setup, this one delivers on the concept without getting too complicated.

Ninja Head keeps things focused on the character interactions and world-building. The portal twist gives them an excuse to throw Sato into increasingly strange situations. Worth checking out if the theme appeals to you and you don’t mind a more niche storyline.
