Ero Mazo Quest is a Japanese RPG that doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is. You play as a hero trying to take down the succubus leader, but the real challenge isn’t the combat system.

The battle mechanics revolve around surviving erotic attacks from various female monsters. Lose a fight and you’ll face some very NSFW consequences. The game uses traditional RPG elements but throws in plenty of adult content that makes defeat almost as interesting as victory.

Fair warning though, this comes with AI machine translation so expect some wonky dialogue. The art style is solid and there’s enough variety in encounters to keep things interesting if you’re into this genre.
