Elmina Story V1.03 (English (Claude Sonnet 4.6))

Elmina Story hits you with tragedy right from the start. You follow Elmina, a girl born in a forest who has zero magical abilities in a world where magic seems to matter. She lives quietly with her younger sister in their manor until everything gets ripped away from her.

The setup sounds pretty standard for this type of story, but losing everything is just the beginning. Elmina has to figure out how to move forward without magic in a world that probably expects her to have it. The forest setting gives it a nice nature vibe that contrasts with the dark turn her life takes.

If you’re into character-driven stories where the protagonist starts from rock bottom, this one might be worth checking out. Developer sirohukurou seems to know how to set up emotional stakes early.
