Dormitory23 hits different than your typical college sim. You’re playing as Ash in what looks like a normal dorm, but something feels seriously off about the whole place. The hallways stretch too long, there are way too many neighbors, and everyone follows these weirdly strict rules that nobody questions.

The game does this creepy thing where it makes you notice stuff you’d normally ignore. Every conversation and daily choice feels like there’s something lurking underneath the surface. That neighbor who’s always watching, the rules that don’t make sense, the feeling that this “normal” dorm life is just a cover for something darker.

Fair warning though, this one’s definitely adults only with explicit content throughout. But if you’re into atmospheric games with mystery and don’t mind the mature themes, it’s worth checking out. The puzzle elements keep you guessing what’s really going on in this place.
