Discipline -The record of a Crusade- Ren’Py Remake puts you in the shoes of someone stuck on a failing estate until a mysterious letter from the Academy shows up. The writing does a solid job painting that desperate, hot summer vibe where you’re literally fixing wagon wheels in the dirt.
This is clearly early in development with only about 15 minutes of content, but the setup feels promising. The whole declining noble family angle mixed with some kind of academy invitation has potential. kasasagi seems to know how to set a mood, even if there isn’t much gameplay yet.
Worth keeping an eye on if you’re into visual novels with medieval or fantasy settings. Just don’t expect a full experience right now since it’s still pretty bare bones.
