Daughter of The Void flips the script on typical adult games by putting you in the villain’s shoes from the start. Instead of playing the hero trying to save everyone, you’re the dark force trying to corrupt the land and take down the good guys.

The gothic art style really stands out here. Everything has this dark, edgy vibe that fits perfectly with playing as the bad guy. You get to watch your evil influence spread across the world as you work toward your goal of defeating the hero.

This is ShayBabe’s first game and they handled all the art and animations solo. The concept of being the antagonist instead of the protagonist makes for a refreshing change of pace if you’re tired of the usual setup.
