By Justice Or Mercy puts you in the shoes of a guy who got framed for murder and is finally coming home after four years. The whole town thinks you’re a killer, but you know the truth, and now it’s payback time.

This is all about revenge and how far you’re willing to go to get it. The story revolves around your burning desire for justice against the people who destroyed your life. What makes it interesting is that you get to decide what your version of justice looks like. Are you going the mercy route or going full scorched earth?

The choices actually seem to matter here, which is refreshing. TowerBoyGames did a solid job making the moral decisions feel weighty. Fair warning though, this gets pretty dark depending on the path you choose.
