Borrowed Lives 1.1.0.11 Beta (English)

Borrowed Lives puts you in the rotting boots of a Soulbound, basically a supernatural entity stuck inside a dead body trying to make the best of it. The concept alone makes it worth checking out if you’re tired of the usual fantasy hero garbage.

What sets this apart is how your chosen origin actually changes the entire experience. Each backstory comes with different skills and storylines, so replaying feels fresh instead of like a chore. The tactical combat system works well enough, though the real meat is in managing relationships and survival while making choices that actually stick.

It’s still in beta so expect some rough edges, but Corvienne has built something solid here. The writing doesn’t try too hard to be edgy, and the sandbox elements give you enough freedom to play however you want without feeling lost.
