Bm General Hospital puts you in charge of running a medical facility that can go in some pretty interesting directions. You’re the hospital director dealing with patients, expanding facilities, and researching new treatments while managing your staff of doctors and nurses.

The management side is solid with typical hospital sim mechanics, but the real hook is how you can develop relationships with your female staff members. Each character has specific personality traits and weaknesses you can exploit through various interactions. The game gives you freedom to run either a legitimate medical operation or something more questionable behind closed doors.

Graphics are decent and the adult content is uncensored. If you’re into management games with adult themes and don’t mind the somewhat niche hospital setting, this one delivers on both fronts reasonably well.
