Bio-Tech Nurse drops you into an abandoned hospital where survival depends on teamwork with a mysterious girl named Yukina. The atmosphere hits right from the start, with that creepy medical facility vibe that keeps you on edge.

The survival mechanics work well enough, though the MTL translation can get wonky at times. You’ll spend most of your time exploring the decaying hospital, scavenging supplies, and figuring out what happened to this world. Yukina’s character development carries a lot of the story weight.

It’s got that classic Japanese indie horror feel mixed with survival elements. The pixel art style fits the setting perfectly. Fair warning though, this one’s censored and the translation isn’t perfect, but it gets the job done if you’re into atmospheric survival games.
