A Place Between Us is an adult romance drama visual novel focused on temptation, distance, trust, secrecy, emotional attachment, and the slow danger of becoming too close to the wrong person. The game is planned as a slow-burn story. v0.1 does not represent the full level of adult content planned for future versions. This first release focuses more on setup, tension, character dynamics, and the beginning of the emotional conflict. All characters are adults. The story will include cheating/netori themes, romance, jealousy, intimate scenes, and relationship-focused choices. Some future content may be optional depending on route and player choices, but the central emotional drama is part of the main story.​
