World Isekai Red Eyes throws you into one of the weirdest post-apocalyptic scenarios out there. You play as a 19-year-old NEET who gets killed by some goddesses and sent to a world where a virus has made all the men impotent and basically turned them into babies. Yeah, it’s that kind of game.

When Goddesses Ruin Your Day and Send You to Hell

The setting is actually pretty dark when you think about it. You’re dealing with two different diseases that have messed up this world completely. There’s the whole impotency virus thing, and then there’s the Red Eyes Disease on top of that. The story gets into some heavy territory about survival and what happens when society breaks down.

Fapple has been updating this regularly and the current build runs smooth on most platforms. The English translation is solid and they’ve added Italian and Spanish support too. If you’re into darker isekai stories that don’t pull punches, this one delivers. Just know what you’re getting into because it doesn’t shy away from the messed up implications of its premise.
