Pleasure Profits puts you in the shoes of Chris, a broke human trying to make it in a fantasy world that’s moved on from war to corporate life. After getting rejected from every job and drowning his sorrows at the local bar, Chris meets a mysterious businessman who offers him a chance to turn his life around. The setup feels familiar but the fantasy race integration angle keeps it interesting.

From Bar Stool to Business Partner

The game focuses on building partnerships with various female characters to earn money and climb out of debt. NetworkMike has created a modern fantasy setting where elves, humans, and other races coexist in a contemporary city, which is a nice change from the usual medieval fantasy stuff. The concept of working together rather than just dating sim mechanics adds some depth to the interactions.

Being an early release, there’s obviously room for more content, but what’s here shows promise. The character development feels natural and the world building is solid enough to keep you engaged. If you’re into adult games with actual plot progression and don’t mind supporting ongoing development, this one’s worth trying out.
