Mila Ai puts you in the shoes of a woman whose long-term relationship has lost its spark. After being with the same guy since high school, Mila starts questioning what she really wants and explores parts of herself she’s kept buried.

The game splits into three main routes: cheating (NTR), staying faithful, or sharing scenarios (NTS). Each path takes the story in completely different directions based on your choices. Fair warning though, there’s heavy emphasis on anal content and dom/sub dynamics throughout most scenes.

Takes about 4 hours to get through one playthrough, but you’ll probably want to go back and try the other routes. The developer clearly knows their target audience and doesn’t hold back on the adult content.
